Get Rid of Stubborn Body Fat

Looking for a weight loss diet for stubborn fat? When people tend to lose a weight, generally they’ll find that’s it easier to lose fat in some areas than it is others. For example for men it maybe harder to lose the weight around the abdominal region, where as for women it may be harder to lose fat in the thighs and buttocks. Increase your water intake

Increasing your water intake will help flush excess water, toxins and intestinal junk still hanging around in your body. As we all know, water is number our number one source for survival, however most of us don’t get the time of day to drink a couple of glasses let alone 8-10, or even worse they choose not to.

Drinking plenty of water will help your rid stubborn fat. When your body is clear and properly hydrated, like with anything that is clearer, it usually runs better. Therefore you digestive system is more efficient, your metabolism is higher and the rate at which you lose stubborn fat will be increased exponentially.

Increase your fibre intake

It’s recommended that you take in between 20-30 grams of fibre per day. Too much fibre can sometimes make you feel bloated, however for the first week or two until you notice those stubborn fat areas reduce, I recommend trying to increase your fibre intake up to 40 grams per day.

Fibre not old helps you feel fuller for longer but it also helps clears out the digestive system of muck and toxins built up over time. Depending on your size there will always be a good amount of rubbish stuck in your system ready to be flushed out so you can drop unwanted fat almost instantly and set your body up to be a more efficient fat burner.

Increase your fibre intake, by eating a bowl of oatmeal in the morning. Consume plenty of lentils, pulses and beans which are high in fibre and protein to help repair your body after exercise. Add a handful of almonds to your diet, and like the cliche says an apple a day keeps the doctor away!

The more natural the better

Stick to the most natural foods possible with . Anything that is processed, can be left alone of minimized and this includes wholemeal pasta and breads which can be once again added in small amounts once you’ve rid the stubborn fat for good.

Now, since you can’t actually spot reduce when it come to fat loss, regular exercise and being persistent is the key to losing stubborn fat. However, a weight loss diet for stubborn fat is of crucial importance too, so make sure you follow one that will work for you.
