    I must say I feel bad for ladies which have to suffer all those unpleasant diets or intense routines to build a smooth, nice bellies. It is good for men that if we want muscle we’ll lose our fat on auto-pilot, for an upkeep cost of your muscles. What I want to say is I am glad I am a guy.
