You should definitely include large amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet. These are rich in the minerals and vitamins which are required by the body. Apart from this it a good source of fiber.

You should never miss your meal as when you do so, your body goes in a "starvation mode". This occurs when your body experiences hunger; it will rebound and compel you to eat much more in your next meal. Now instead of converting that food into energy it will simply store that food in the form of body fats. You must keep your stomach in a "guess mode" by eating frequently throughout the day. It doesn’t mean that you need to eat more. What I want to stress here that is that you can have 3 to 4 small snacks or fruits besides your regular meals.

Nothing will be more beneficial to you than a good exercise on the regular basis. You need not go to gym for exercise. There are much better ways to do exercise without spending dollars in going to gym. If you possess a treadmill, you can use it and start running on it for about half an hour each day. You can also run in a park if you don’t have the treadmill. It is much better to exercise before taking your breakfast.

For many people losing those first few pounds is a great motivation factor to follow a healthy weight loss regime. However before you start you must keep in mind that not everybody will have similar results.

To gain fast and better results you should work very hard on it. Keep patience and endure all the pain which comes in your way. The only surest way to lose your weight in a fastest way and maintain it is by having an active and healthy lifestyle.
